About me

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, mother, and lifelong believer in the healing power of connection—connection to ourselves, to others, and to the natural world.

My work is rooted in evidence-based psychology, but shaped by a deep respect for intuition, symbolism, and the wisdom that lives beyond words. I believe meaningful healing happens when we engage the whole person: mind, body, emotions, and the often-unspoken inner landscape that guides our choices and relationships.

In my practice, I integrate traditional psychotherapy with experiential and holistic approaches, including equine-assisted work and symbolic tools such as astrology and tarot when appropriate and desired. These modalities are not used to predict or diagnose, but to support insight, reflection, and a deeper understanding of patterns—both conscious and unconscious—that influence our lives.

I specialize in working with individuals who are thoughtful, sensitive, and often carrying a great deal—professionals, caregivers, parents, and those navigating life transitions, burnout, grief, identity shifts, or a longing for something more aligned. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be fully yourself—without having to explain or perform.

Outside of my work, I’m a mother, animal-lover, and someone who feels most at home in nature. These parts of my life deeply inform how I show up as a clinician: grounded, relational, and attuned to the rhythms of real life.

If you’re seeking therapy that honors both science and soul—structure and intuition—you’re in the right place.
